Latin singing sensation, Salsa, made an unexpected appearance at a benefit concert for her favorite charity–Shelter for Strays–in Chicago on Saturday. Crowds cheered her electrifying performance of “Who let the dogs out?”.

In other news, Salsa created a stir last week when she sniffed the ear of an unidentified basset hound on Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles. “He’s just a friend,” insisted Salsa when asked about the couple backstage on Saturday. But a close friend of the basset described him as, “bouncing around like a puppy. His ear was inside out for a week!”
